When it comes to style, Rihanna has been at the very top of my list for as long as I can remember. Her style has evolved with the time and I love it. She rarely ever misses in my opinion. She’s brings a good balance of edgy and bold, mixed with simplicity and trendy. I’ve actually been holding on to this look of hers for a little while, and now that we’re officially into fall, it’s the perfect time to share!
I can’t stress enough how “here for it” I am with all things chocolate brown this season. It’s such a chic fall color that I’m excited has resurfaced. I’m so eager to get more items in this color to add to my own fall wardrobe. So take this chocolate brown and put it on leather? I was sold, instantly! Slip dresses have been trending for quite some time, so seeing her style one in this color was simply perfection. I also loved the fact that the dress was leather, since I’m loving all things leather this season.
And don’t even get me started on these caged, lace up heels that she paired this dress with with. I mean….ugh. These completed the look perfectly, adding just the right amount of detail to such a chic dress, creating the perfect monochromatic look. This look overall was so simple and effortless, just my style. She wore this look pre-fall but it’s suitable for the fall as well. Slip dresses are such an easy fall staple, perfect to pair with heels, sneakers and boots, and even easier to layer pieces over.
